Triage Nurse

Our client is responsible for providing a new GP Practice, OOH Service and Walk In Centre in Rotherham which is split into :

Call handling service
GP led health centre with Walk in Centre
Out of Hours service

This service is open 13 hours a day 8am - 9pm

Job Details
We are currently recruiting nurses who will be the first point contact care to telephone callers gathering information and providing advice and referring callers where appropriate to other professionals working in our dedicated primary care centre’s, u! rgent care centre and home visiting service. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records at all times, for which training will be provided.

Qualifications
NMC registered with recent experience of being a triage nurse
