Aesthetic/Cosmetic Clinic Manager

The aesthetic industry is currently enjoying spectacular growth and fascinating developments in terms of non invasive treatments. The time is now to get onto the aesthetics learning curve. If the UK market grows in the same way as the USA then the financial rewards will be excellent in your later career.
With our prestigious aesthetic/cosmetic client you’ll be given new opportunities in this specialty. Importantly you will use your natural nursing skills such as encouragement and empathy whilst your practical skills will carry out treatments that will make your patient feel wonderful and rejuvenated!
You could be an ideal candidate to fill one of the many nationwide aesthetic/cosmetic vacancies, and some companies give on site training in the aesthetic field.

You will work 39 hours per week to include 2 evenings per week until 8pm and 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month.

Qualifications
To work as a Clinic Manager in Aesthetic Nursing you will need to:

Hold current registration with the NMC as a RN1. No ONP or Adaptations nurses need apply.
Be commercially minded.
Have a proven track record in sales
Management / training experience would be an advantage but not essential
Be well presented.
A team player, flexible and energetic with a bright personality
A "people" person,

Skills/Experience
This is a sales, management and training role
Achieving personal targets and patient follow up.
Patient care, assess, plan, implement and evaluate in line with specific protocols.
Ensure compliance with company policies on H&S
Carrying out self-assessment of training needs and personal development.
