Deputy Manager

This home is in a beautiful location in Buckinghamshire. It is a 113 bedded nursing home for adults with physical disabilities, Dementia and frailty. The ages range from 26-100. There is a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, physiotherapists, activity staff, a natural therapist and music therapist. The philosophy of the group is based on person centred care. The size of the home and varied nature of client needs makes it an excellent place for nurses to explore and develop their skills.

Job Details
This group are looking for an assertive and personable Nurse Manager with excellent clinical skills and ample experience to support the General Manager in ensuring the delivery of high standards of care within our nurisng home, and to deputise for the Manager in their absence.

Qualifications
RMN or RGN with current registration with the NMC
Experience in a previous role advantageous
Already be in possession or willing to work towards the NVQ level 4

Skills/Experience
Caring with good inter personal skills
Honest and have integrity
Previous experience essential
Prepared to learn and develop yourself
Be able to add value to the home and its patients
Be team player and act autonomously
Have excellent clinical standards and organisationskills to lead a multi-disciplinary team
