RMN

This is an independent centre providing specialist services in neuro-rehabilitation and eating disorders in extensive grounds - they also offer rehabilitation services on an inpatient basis for people of all ages suffering from an acquired brain injury or other complex neurological disorders. Rehabilitation programmes are tailor made to suit the assessed needs of the individual They are looking for 2 RMN's to manage direct patient care, assess, plan and evaluate the patients needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions and nurse according to prescribed internal procedures and health legislation. Job Details Key accountabilities: - Amongst others you will manage individual patient care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of patient care. Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient care. Deputise in the absence of the ward manager and their deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as required. Supervise and support new or junior staff Qualifications RMN Current registration with the NMC Skills/Experience Previous experience in adolescent and eating disorders You must be able to organise and prioritise your own work load within established procedures. Have intelligent problem solving skills Enusre good quality patient documentation which meets all regulatory and staturoy guidelines Excellent communication skills Benefits
