Midwives

Another hospital in desperate need of midwives! Are your skills current, are you a highly motivated and committed midwife, are you open and flexible in your approach to the care of the patient and her significant others? This hospital is based in the North West of London so easy access to Central London and surrounds. You will be able to work in an innovative manner and will integrate your skills to work both in the Community and the hospital. For this post you will need to be a car driver with a clean driving license! Are you prepared to do 24 hour rotation including participating in an on call Rota?

Job Details
- to practice in accordance with Code of Conduct
- be an autonomous practitioner in both acute and primary care, but still be a team player
- basic IT skills and good written and verbal skills
- an ability to deal with people from all walks of life and can demonstrate sensitivity with excellent inter-personal skills
- up to date with current midwifery practice
- be able to provide evidence of professional accountability /be pro active /confident /flexible
- able to make appropriate clinical decisions
- be confident in a teaching role (with students)

Qualifications
Registered Midwife or dual RGN/RM
No ONP's provided.

Skills/Experience
We will look at newly qualified midwives to experienced midwives.
You will have an interest in midwifery and new developments
You be keen, ambitious and want to learn
