Job Details
This organisation is currently seeking an experienced CNS who will provide support to patients, primary health teams and families.

Qualifications
First Level Registered Nurse
Degree level desirable
Diploma in Palliative Care
Evidence of continuous personal and academic development

Skills/Experience
Proven palliative care experience
Experience of working at Bands 5/6 or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Well organised with good decision making skills
Advanced assessment skills
Good teaching skills and community experience desirable
Driver
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good team player
Flexible
Ability to prioritise effectively
Uses initiative
