OPD

You as the ODP will be part of the team responsible for planning and implementing the care of individual patients in the theatre suite.
You will ensure that standards of patient care are maintained in accordance with polices of the department and in line with your ODP duties

Job Details
Amongst others:-
To participate in scrub, anaesthetic and recovery duties as needed
To take part in "on-call" rota
To be part of the resuscitation team if requested
Identify areas for personal and professional development
To assist with the overall management of the theatre suite
Other general duties as requested and that fall within the role of the ODP

Qualifications
City & Guilds 752
NVQ ODP level 3
RGN ENB 183
Current Membership of the HPC

Skills/Experience
A minimum of one (1) year post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
