Successful individuals will need to be motivated, dynamic and innovative, while possessing excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Job Details
Our client requires a motivated, experienced and skilled practitioner to ensure efficient & effective provision of services in the General, Thoracic, and HepatoBiliary surgery. Developing a flexible service to meet clinical demands is essential.

You will have experience in developing and implementing service objectives within the theatre environment. The ability to develop a close working relationship with colleagues from the multi-disciplinary team is fundamental to the success of this role. The team approach to this specialty is fundamental to its success and the development of the service. They are aiming at increasing our services in Thoracic surgery and also other complex surgery in the HepatoBiliary field. This is a very exciting role for the right person. There will also be an opportunity to coordinate theatres.

You will have to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills at all levels, with a willingness to promote best practice and have experience in change management is essential. Main Theatre undertakes a very wide variety of complex and routine specialist procedures, employing and aiming to retain skilled and professional staff. You will have the opportunity to work within other specialties and will play a key role in enabling staff to work in direct alignment with organisational goals.

Qualifications
You will be registered with the NMC as a RN1 and have the relavant skills and qualifications for this position.
