SSN Scrub Practitioner

We require a motivated, experience and modern senior scrub practitioner to join the surgical team, specialising in complex major general / liver surgery. This is a busy and dynamic operating theatre department providing a service to many eminent surgeons. They will soon be undertaking Living related Liver Trasplantation and experience in this field or similar, is necessary.

The department undertakes a very wide variety of complex and routine specialist procedures, incorporating the latest in developing technologies, employing, supporting and aiming to retain skilled and professional staff.

Job Details
You will work in direct alignment with organisation goals as well as supporting and developing individual personal development plans.

Qualifications
RGN level1 with further qualification in operating theatre technique

Skills/Experience
You will be a team leader, and plan and execute the day to day theatre work along with other senior staff
Have good organisational skills and be able to lead through example
Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team
Skilled, Knowledgeable, Qualified and competent in complex major surgery.
Provide and maintain a safe peri-opeartive environment for patients.
